I Have Made a Transaction, but How to Find the Voucher Code?

If your transaction has been succeeded, you will be able to find the voucher code in the email that you entered when making a transaction.

Please check your e-mail inbox/spam box. The voucher code is under the subject "Thank you for your order!" from no-reply@codapayments.com like the picture below:

If you have checked and the code is still not there, please fill out this form and send us the following:

  2. Order Date & Time:
  3. The E-mail address you used:
  4. Order Amount:
  5. Receipt Screenshot: (Payment receipt from your payment channel)

We will assist you to recover your code.
